女主角在學(xué)校的實(shí)驗(yàn)室里給自己注射了一種生化藥物，不僅讓自己變得美貌，身高也長了很多。一只蜘蛛接觸到落在地上的藥物，也變成巨大蜘蛛。女主角成功加入拉拉隊(duì)，但是身體越漲越高，成了巨人。實(shí)驗(yàn)室的同事把她藏起來，但是實(shí)驗(yàn)室的資助人卻把女主角抓起來當(dāng)作實(shí)驗(yàn)動物來研究。女主角掙脫捆綁，并把那個資助人路燈桿上。另一個啦啦隊(duì)女子也到實(shí)驗(yàn)室里注射了兩劑藥物，也變成巨人。兩個女巨人在學(xué)校體育場打了起來。那個女子由于注射的藥物多，變得更巨大。女主角的同事已經(jīng)研究出恢復(fù)身體的藥，把針給女主角，女主角給那名女子注射。然后同事也給女主角注射。女主角恢復(fù)正常。但那名女子由于注射劑量大，身體縮成很小。
本片應(yīng)該是按照1995年那部“性感女巨人”改編的，把背景改成大學(xué)校園，但仍然是惡搞喜劇。片中既有啦啦隊(duì)的美女跳舞，也有女主角和另一女子類似摔角的打斗，而且打斗的場面也比1995年那部好些。再加上她們?nèi)加新饵c(diǎn)，所以還算不錯的片子。
女主角和另一女子的咪咪都不錯，比較豐滿，也比較堅(jiān)挺，而且都有大段時(shí)間露出來。
